At SpiritsandChocolates, every filled chocolate begins with the character of the spirit itself.

The collection brings together a carefully selected range of whiskies, each with its own distinctive style and flavour profile.

Eleven different spirits. Eleven completely different characters. From smooth, fruity and approachable to rich, powerful, sherry-influenced and wonderfully smoky.

My challenge as a chocolatemaker is to find the right balance for every creation: the chocolate should never overpower the character of the spirit, and the spirit should never overpower the chocolate.

Instead, they should complement one another, creating a bonbon in which both flavours come together as one experience.

This philosophy is at the heart of SpiritsandChocolates: combining artisan chocolate with carefully selected spirits to create something distinctive, surprising and sometimes just a little unconventional.

Different spirits. Unique stories. The same passion: chocolate.
