My challenge as a chocolatemaker is to find the right balance for every creation: the chocolate should never overpower the character of the spirit, and the spirit should never overpower the chocolate.

Instead, they should complement one another, creating a bonbon in which both flavours come together as one experience.

This philosophy is at the heart of SpiritsandChocolates: combining artisan chocolate with carefully selected spirits to create something distinctive, surprising and sometimes just a little unconventional.
