At SpiritsandChocolates, I am introducing an ever-growing selection of distinctive and unconventional whiskies that take my chocolates to the next level. Keep an eye on my website, as I will soon be adding exclusive expressions from Compass Box, Dingle, Ardbeg and the unique Glen Scotia range to my collection. These spirits have been carefully selected for their distinctive flavour profiles, making them perfect for the most refined chocolate experiences.

3 Dingle Irish Whiskey Cask type: Pedro Ximénez Sherry triple distilled. Cask strength 58,5 % ABV. Fill date 19-11-2014, bottled 24-11-2022.
3 Compass Box’s Peat Monster is a whisky with a character all its own. Peat Monster contains malt whiskies from the legendary Isle of Islay, combined with a portion of Highland malt. It is a distinctly peated whisky, bottled at 46% ABV.
3 Kavalan Solist sherry cask 57,1% ABV.
3 Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie sherry cask edition 50% ABV.
3 The Glasgow 1770 tripple distilled a marriage of ex-bourbon and virgin oak cask Smooth and Vibrant 46 % ABV.

I would love to give you a taste of what you can expect in 2026 and 2027. These spirits will take centre stage in the chocolates I will be creating over the coming years with passion, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
